Another super easy reciep, that I already promised you twice during my Canada trip. I really urge you to try it - it's truely yummy - if you're a fan of Coffee and Coffee deserts!
1 dl starkt kaffe / Strong Coffee
2 dl socker / Sugar
3 dl grädde / Whipping cream
4 äggulor / Egg yolkes
Lägg det färdigkoka kaffet och sockret i en kastrull och koka i ca 2 minuter under omrörning. Det ska bli som en skummig sirap. Låt svalna, rör gärna, då svalnar det snabbare. Lägg äggulorna i en skål och vispa dem med en elvisp tills de tjocknar och blir glansiga. När sirapen (kaffet och sockret) har svalna, vispa i den i äggulorna med elvispen. Ställ kastrullen/bunken i ett vattenbad och vispa med elvisp i 5 min. Ta av värmen och vispa vidare tills smeten har blivit tjock och sval.
Place the coffee in a pan with the sugar and let it boil for about 2 minutes, but keep on whiping ( with an electric whip). The result should have a foamy syrupy-consistancy. Let cool, whiping until cool. Put the egg yolkes in a bowl and whip them until thickened. When the syrup is cool, whip it into the egg yolkes, with the electric whip. Make a water bath and place the mixture in the bath and whip for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and whip until the mixture is thick and cool.
Whip the cream hard and turn carefully into the mixture. Put the mixture into individual forms, that is freezer proof and freeze for atleast 4 hours. Remove from frieezer 10 minutes prior to serving and decorate with what ever you have at home, coffee beans, blueberries, chocolate shavings or some whip cream.
