The Lip Lady

The Lip Lady is a lady in the USA that helps people get enhanced lips without surgery, through contouring. And yes this is obviously a good option, because it just seems plain old dumb to surgically enhance your lips. The whole deal is to bye her lip stencils, 6 of them, and then using them to enhance your lips. Total charge for this is $22.95. Also the package includes a lip liner. There is a step by step instruction to painting beautiful lips, explained pretty simple.

Unfortunately the end result is just horrific. Any one in their right mind wouldn't want to look like the after picture. It kind of looks like a 5 year-olds painting - your know drawing outside the lines. It looks like someone didn't have too sturdy hands, and probably shouldn't be using a lip liner.

I'm sorry, but every time I see a person with painted lips like these I just want to grab a hold of their shoulders and shake them back into the real world, where normal people don't look like clowns.

Don't get me wrong, lip liners can be used nicely. And the end result is usually pretty good, it you keep inside the lines of your lips and blend the lip liner colour some with your lipstick/lip gloss colour. Never use a lip liner that is a different colour than your lipstick, different shades is okay, but not like the after picture. Using a darker red lip liner when using a red lipstick is fine, but not a brown lip liner with a natural colour lipstick. That is just wrong.
