Sloppy Joes

I made chili this morning and it's been slow cooking for about 5 hours until extremly creamy. Ground meat, onions, garlic, mushrooms, canned tomatoes and spices galore! Heavy with cumim and paprika.

To counter the meatiness of the Chili we had lots of veggies on the side. Steamed cauliflower and sugarsnaps. A tomato and parmigiano reggiano salad and a yogurt raita with cucumber to cool the palette.

Not pretty food, but very tasty!
