Varje år så här dags är det byta kalender i filofaxen dags och det är ju alltid lite vemodigt när man plockar bort nästan hela årets möten, fester, föreläsningar, födelsedagar osv. Mina kalenderblad är fyllda med post-it lappar av olika slag och färger, med medelanden om alla möjliga konstiga saker, recept, shoppinlistor, adresser, lösenord och annat bra att ha.
Every year, about this time, it's time to change the calenderpart of my filofax and it is always somewhat heartwrenching to remove almost all the years meetings, parties, lessons, birthdays and so on. My kalender is filled with post its of different shapes and colors, with messages about strange happenings, reciepes, to-dos, shopping lists, adresses, passwords and other good to have stuff.
När den nya kalenden är inlagd är jag så försiktigt och skriver snyggt i olika färger och fösöker hålla den lite snygg. Men jag har redan, på ca 1 timme, skrivit 4 post it lappar som ska slinka in där någonstans. Det är väl mitt problem, jag gillar post it lappar. Självklart är de flesta jag använder rosa men det slinker nog in en och annan färg bara för att. Än så länge ser filofaxen representable ut men vänta bara några veckor, då ser det ut som samma gamla ihop plock av gamla lappar och post it.
Now that the new calender is in place I'm carefull to write pretty, in different colorcodings and trying to keep it neat and tidy. But in just about an hour I have managed to write 4 post its that somehow need to find their way into the calender. I guess that is my problem, I seriously like post its. Obvoiusly they are mostly pink but sometimes other colors are allowed entry too. So far the filofax looks presentable but just you wait a couple of weeks and it'll be the same mich mach of old papers and post its, everywhere.
Men egentligen gör det inte så mycket, eftersom det är ju egentligen så jag vill ha det. Jag vill ha min filofax lite som jag... lite små virrig, rosa och fylld med information om allt och inget.
But actually that doesn't matter too much since that is actually how I like it. My filofax is kind of like me... sligthly muddle-headed, pink and filled with information about everything and nothing.
